Iain has over 18 years in the industry. He moved to Realstone in September 2003 as Sales Director and took over as MD in January 2006. Trained in Mining engineering he spent time in East & West Africa before returning to UK as living in ship's containers and tents was not the intention for his whole life ! A customer focused approach to business is how Iain likes to run the business. 'Without the customer there is no business' he says.
